Mama Mia’s is pleased to announce our new private dining & party capabilities. Our elegant and private dining space is the ideal setting for holiday parties, family Celebrations, business events, lunches, dinners, wine tastings, and receptions. We can also host your Happy Hour or Cocktail/Canapé party at the bar.

With careful attention to every detail, Mama Mia’s will create a special event for any occasion  Our dedicated team will be on site throughout your event to ensure that your guests receive incomparable service and hospitality.

Our private dining room is available Sunday thru Thursday for private functions. It is open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays. The room can accommodate 50-60 people seated comfortably.

How much is the non-refundable deposit?

The non-refundable deposit is 20% of the total amount.

When is the balance due?

The balance is due by the end of the event.

Do you provide any custom menus?

Yes, we would be happy to design a menu to fit your occasion, just ask!

What style service do you provide? 

Our style of services include: Off the Menu, Preset Menu, Family Style, Buffet Style

Do you have minimums?

Yes, for Private Dining, where no other guests are seated in your room we require a minimum of 20 guests.



Large Parties

Planning a Party...Large Group? Mama Mia's Will Make It An Event To Remember!

If you have a large group and want to come to Mama Mia's we would love to accommodate you. We ask that you make arrangements in advance. For groups larger than twelve (12) you can order off the menu, plan a set menu or design a menu to be served family-style. We recommend booking your party 5-days in advance.

Policies & Procedures

Payment Terms

A Fifty percent deposit is required to confirm the date. The balance is due in full, by check, cash, or credit card, at the close of the event.

Guest Count

A guaranteed guest count is required three-days prior to the event date. Should there be no confirmation; the estimated guest count automatically becomes the guaranteed number of guests. Mama Mia’s reserves the right to bill additional charges for guest count increases.


Cancellations made at least one week before the event date will be refunded Fifty percent of the original deposit. If the event is cancelled within 6-days of the event date, Mama Mia’s will retain the full deposit amount (50%).


Suggested menus simply act as a guideline in providing for your special event. We take great pride in tailoring menus to the specific wishes and needs of your group. Outside food and beverages will not be allowed into the restaurant without permission. A corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle will be applied to wines brought into the restaurant.


We always provide the finest and freshest seasonal foods. At times, it may be necessary to change certain items due to the seasonal availability of products. Whenever possible, we will work with the client to find a mutually agreeable substitution.
